Auction Bidding Manual
  1. Click on the link (CURRENT AUCTION) - in the home page, just under the Sphinx photograph – and the entire auction listing will be opened for you.
  2. Use the (Search by Country) box in order to display only lots of a certain country or a section of a country you wish to surf only.
  3. Use the box (Search for a word, phrase or lot number to view) in order to only display the lots which match any criteria, subject, name, word, and topic or thematic you wish to surf only.
  4. In both cases you can use the link (View All) - at the far right - at any time to get back to the entire auction listing.
  5. While surfing lots as in steps 1 or 2 or 3, click on the icon ( Bid Icon) - at the far right of each lot - on one by one of each lot you like to put a bid on later, the program will automatically save these chosen lots in your bid form, and will take you back exactly where you were surfing. Keep doing this until you finish choosing. This is simply like adding to a shopping basket.
  6. After finish choosing click on the link (Checkout from Auction) - just under KGVI photograph in the top heading of any page – in order to open your bid form. You will find there all your previously chosen lots waiting, with empty bidding boxes.
  7. You can click on the icon ( Remove) at the far right of each lot in the bid form, if you want to cancel a lot. This will cancel the lot and take you back to the bid form.
  8. You can click on the icon ( Add more) at the bottom of the bid form, if you want to add more lots to your bid form. This will take you back to the auction listing where you can surf and add more lots to your bid form [the shopping basket].
  9. You can click on the icon ( Remove all) at the bottom of the bid form, if you want to cancel all lots and start all over again. This will show a deletion confirmation message, then click on (CURRENT AUCTION) link in order to surf the auction again.
  10. 10- When you are in the bid form (after step 6) put the amounts of your bids in the empty boxes, one by one, for all lots until you finish.
  11. After you finish writing your bids amounts click on ( update all) just below the amounts boxes, this will save your bids for the next step and brings you back to the same bid form, where you can still perform steps 7, 8, 9.
  12. Click on the icon ( send your bids) just below the update all link, this will open the final licensed secured checkout form, where you can fill in your billing and payment information.
  13. Check the box if your shipping address is the same like the billing address. All the data will be automatically copied down there.
  14. Click on “Reset” if you want to clear and refill the form, or click "Submit" in order to instantly send us your completed bid form. You will get a confirmation message and we shall automatically receive your form.
