VF U/M (NH) RARE block of six stamps (3x2) with full DOUBLE perforation; one normal and another one oblique (Royal perforation). NP# O54c, SG# O278, Scott# O53, Balian# 390. Only one normally perforated sheet of 100 stamps (with Control number A/50) was obliquely perforated for the Royal Palace collection (apparently in ERROR), so the result was this odd DOUBLE perforated sheet.
